The WB's signature series DAWSON'S CREEK will end its six-year run on Wednesday, May 14 with a two-hour finale that takes place five years in the future. Written by series creator Kevin Williamson, the finale reveals that Dawson (James Van Der Beek) has achieved his dream of Hollywood success as the creator/producer of a television series called "The Creek." The old gang is reunited when Joey (Katie Holmes), Pacey (Joshua Jackson) and Jen (Michelle Williams) return to Capeside for a wedding, along with Jack (Kerr Smith) and Andie (Meredith Monroe). Long hidden passions are revealed, along with a heartbreaking secret that one of the group has been trying to hide. Brought closer than ever to her two childhood sweethearts by the impending tragedy, Joey finally makes a choice between Dawson and Pacey. Leading up to the finale, long-smoldering resentments among Dawson, Joey and Pacey lead to a devastating argument on April 30, and a heartwarming attempt at reconciliation on May 7.
On the critically acclaimed drama EVERWOOD, Dr. Brown's (Treat Williams) personal beliefs are put to the test when a father and his pregnant teenage daughter come to him for guidance about terminating the pregnancy on May 5. On the May 12 episode, Ephram's (Gregory Smith) efforts to defy his father lead to a serious accident, and in the May 19 season finale, a series of setbacks on Colin's (Mike Erwin) road to recovery leads Dr. Brown to perform a second dangerous brain surgery.

Seven successful seasons will come to a joyous close when Sabrina (Melissa Joan Hart) makes a trip down the aisle on the series finale. Former cast member Caroline Rhea returns as Aunt Hilda. On May 6, Lorelai (Lauren Graham) learns that the inn she has dreamed of buying is up for sale, and Jess gets another shock when the father (guest star Rob Estes) he never knew suddenly shows up in Stars Hollow, then just as suddenly, disappears again. Upset over his life and his father's vanishing act, Jess follows his dad to California on May 13.
