Finally, on a night of originals on the WB, Charmed remained the stand-out with a fourth-place 4.4/ 7 at 8 p.m. -- 110 percent ahead of lead-in Steve Harvey's Big Time (#5: 2.1/ 4 at 7 p.m.) and 47 percent above week two of lead-out Jack & Bobby (#5: 3.0/ 4 at 9 p.m.). Comparatively, Jack & Bobby was off by a considerable 30 percent in rating and two share points from its debut one week earlier (4.3/ 6 on Sept. 12, 2004), with retention of just 68 percent out of Charmed. Although the WB will blame this loss of audience on the Emmys, keep in mind that Charmed was down by only 4 percent from last Sunday.
