Why do ppl say it's Prudencec Patricia Penelope?
It's not. As they've always said:
Prudence, Penelope Patricia Melinda
Astrid, helena, laura and grrace
Halliwell WITCH'S stand strong beside us
Vanquish this evil through time and space
well why?
1. Penny died way long after patty
2. Piper, ,Phoebe and Paige said it exactly like that in Long live the queen i think. Or wenever they vanquished cole

No, Patty died before Penelope. Grams, (Penelope), died when the girls looked like early/mid teens. She died of a heartattack. Phoebe knew Grams, but not Mum.
And there are other witches in the Warren line who have had the same names as some of the others, like Prudence with Melinda Warren's daughter, and so on.

But some of them may share the same name. Like how Prue Bowen, Piper Baxter and Phoebe Russel, the sisters past selves, share the same name. |

Yeah i don't know. Oh well I've heard one way:

Don't know if it's oldest to youngest or whatever at all though. Or what order they put them in.

They do go from recent to past. because prue was the most recent. Or at least i think they do. I am almost positive though.
