[glow=red,2,300]I am not personally overweight, but my dad is, here is something he experiences, that you might too. [/glow]
If you're seriously overweight, you're not alone. About one-third of Americans are overweight - that's 58 million people. More than 14 million are seriously overweight, about 5 million are morbidly obese. If you're one of them, you've probably tried "everything" to lose weight - diets, weight-loss pills, and exercise. But statistics show that virtually all of these efforts fail.
the best way to lose weight? diet and excercise. but if that doesnt work for you, you might want to consider liposuction.

I knew there were a lot of obese persons in America, but not that much There is an obese girl in my college. She seems to suffer a lot, poor her. And the others don't give her tenderness, they can even be mean

Unfortunately our eating and exercise habits have gotten really bad especially in our children. We have become a heavier society. There are some trends now that are leading to better behavior. The schools are now working toward making their menus a lot healthier and hopefully teaching kids to make better food choices!

That's a very optimistic way to think about it. Good job! I'm not skinny, but I'm not heavy. Personally, I'm normal and I'm fine with that. Our school now has "Fitness Days." Which are usually on Fridays for "Fitness Fridays." They aren't on my favorites list, but I know it's good exercise. In my school they make us run a mile about one time a week. Usually on Fridays. It's pretty annoying, but I'm a pretty good runner and it keeps me healthy.

That must sorta suck. We run the mile twice a year but we go outside like every day while it's warm but when winter comes along like now we stick inside running for like 8 minutes with a partner or something like that.

the government wants schools to become healthier. this means serving high protien, low fat foods and improving physical education. I don't think phys. ed really helps-- all we do is stand there-- there really is no physically challenging activites. We run the mile once a year, it is challenging, i am good. Holly's Shadow I think 'fitness fridays' are an excellent idea! Running is truly, in my opinion, the best way to keep you healthy. To do it once a week is phenominal. We only do it once a year! I do excersize at home, though.

We have to walk over to the High School tomorrow unless it rains we'll be bussed over. We're going to a play all the 8th graders in our district will be there. When have to rehearse for a choir concert or something at the High School we walk it's just across 2 parking lots.

Well for us, we run the track every day [when we can]. But theri are days where we run the trtrack twice, and four times. I dont like running -lol-. But to make up for my lack of running in P.E I eat lots of healthy food [mostly all apples and salads]
My friend Gabby told me she was obeise(sp). I didn't really care, but I did find some things to help her. We talk all the time, and we never feel weird around eachother at all! [note: we are online friends] So when she asked for tips, I gave her schedules healthy meals, healthy diets [she chose which she liked best], and programs [she chose which was best for her]. lol. But i told her that beauty is on the inside! Big breasts [real or fake], noses [real or fake], even bodies [real or fake] does not make someone beautiful! Maybe on the outside but definitly not on the inside! Personality, self respect and confidence makes someone beautiful!
